Are you ready to take your freediving skills one step further?

With the Monofin speciality course, you can learn the details of the Monofin technique; You will learn how easy deep dives and long dynamic performances can actually be.

Participation Requirements:

• Be 18 years of age or older (start from age 12 with parental consent)
• Have at least Level-1 Freediver or equivalent certification from another recognized organization.

Necessary equipment:

• Mask, Snorkel
• Swimming board
• Short fins, Monofin
• Wetsuits
• Weight belt
• Neck weight
• Nose clips

Course Duration:

• Two-day program
• Two theory sessions
• Two pool or confined water sessions
• Two open water sessions
