The Free Immersion specialization course will equip you with techniques that will take you deeper and more relaxed using just your hands.

Participation Requirements:

  • Be 18 years of age or older (start from age 12 with parental consent)
  • Have at least Pool Freediver or equivalent certification from another recognized organization.


Necessary equipment:

  • Mask, Snorkel
  • Fins
  • Wetsuit
  • Weight belt


Course Duration:

  • One-day program
  • One theory session
  • Two open water sessions
