(SSI Freediving Level III)

Level 3, the pinnacle of the SSI Freediving Program, will take you to depths to 40 meters. Freediving under the residual volume of the lungs is a deep diving speciality course and will take you to the deep blue and beyond, equipping you with the right knowledge.

Note: In order to participate in the SSI Level 3 course, the trainees must have SSI Level 1 and 2 Certificates and be able to dive to a depth of 30m easily.

Participation Requirements:

Be 18 years or older
Completion of the SSI Participation Form (Health Form and Liability Agreement)
Able to swim 400m without fins
Completion of a Freediving Level 2 program or equivalent
At least 30 registered freediving sessions
