SSI Dynamic No-Fins (DNF)

Wouldn't you like to be an expert in the discipline of No-Fins, that is, without fins diving, which is a competition discipline and have the perfect technique!

It is a program prepared for those who want to master the dynamic No-Fins technique.

Participation Requirements:

• Be 18 years of age or older (start from age 12 with parental consent)
• Have at least Level-1 Freediver or equivalent certification from another recognized organization.

Necessary equipment:

• Mask, Snorkel
• Wetsuit
• Weight belt
• Neck weight

Course Duration:

• One-day program
• One theory session
• Two pool or confined water sessions

Included in the Course:

• Theoretical training
• Two pools or confined water sessions
• International Certificate
