Participation Requirements:

  • Be 18 years of age or older (start from age 12 with parental consent)
  • Have at least Level-1 Freediver or equivalent certification from another recognized organization.


Necessary equipment:

  • Mask, Snorkel
  • Wetsuit
  • Weight belt
  • Neck weight


Course Duration:

  • One-day program
  • One theory session
  • Two pool or confined water sessions
