(SSI Freediving Level II)

More technical knowledge for freediving
Freediving Level 2 will equip you with more knowledge for the mammalian diving reflex. You will learn new advanced equalization techniques and apnea training methods to reach a depth of 20 meters and develop the skills necessary to freedive to a depth of 30 meters.
Participation Requirements:
- Be 18 years or older (start from age 15 with parental consent)
- Completion of SSI Participation Form (Health Form and Liability agreement)
- Completion of Freediving Level 1 program or equivalent
- Have at least six (6) registered freediving sessions
Necessary equipment:
- Mask, snorkel
- Fins
- Wetsuit
- Weight belt

- Freefall
- Warm-up before freediving

- Dive planning and equipment preparation
